Usually, we will ship within 1 business day after payment is completed.
However, in the case of holidays such as New Year's Day and Golden Week, the items will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onwards.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped "as soon as they arrive."

Shipping is free of charge outside Okinawa Prefecture. Okinawa prefecture requires additional shipping charges.

■About delivery date and time specification

We accept delivery date and time specifications.



■If the recipient is not available

If the recipient is not home, the carrier will post a notice of absence.
If you are not present even after 7 days have passed after posting the absentee ticket, the product will be returned to the shipping source.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for redelivery after the product is returned to the shipping source.
