From planning and development to manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service, everything is completed in-house.
Design
We use the 3D CAD software 'SolidWorks' for design, aiming to improve the efficiency of both design and manufacturing. By using this software, we also make realistic product proposals through 3D modeling.
Laser Processing
The frames of the KENSUI series are processed using a pipe laser machine to ensure precise lengths and drilling.
Pipe Bending
The handles are bent to an easy-to-grip angle using a panel bender machine.
Sheet Metal Processing
Since clearance is crucial, sheet metal processing is done with millimeter precision. After processing, each part is inspected.
Welding
We alternate between using robotic welding machines and skilled manual welding as needed, achieving efficient production and consistent, stable quality.
Powder Coating
The coating film is thick and robust, making it resistant to scratches and excellent in durability and weather resistance.
Inspection and Packaging
Inspection is conducted at each stage of the process, including checking the exterior during packaging. The packaging work is done carefully and meticulously.
